About me

I’m Elgin, and my story is rooted in faith, family, and a dream that started more than 20 years ago. My wife, Stasha, first brought me to Jacksonville back when I had never even set foot in the State before. We’re originally from South Bend/Elkhart, Indiana, and like so many, our dream was to build a life by the ocean. For nearly two decades, we worked hard—making trips down to Florida at least twice a year—until we finally made the move for good in early 2020, right as the world was shutting down. We landed in Ponte Vedra Beach, and we’ve called it home ever since.

My career started long before that, though. Since June of 2000, I’ve been a barber—a trade that not only raised my family, but also allowed me to build deep relationships in the community. When we arrived, I went straight to work cutting hair at arguably the busiest shop at the Beaches. That’s where I really started to connect with people here—earning trust the same way I always have: by being genuine and doing good business.

Along the way, I also built a career in broadcast television as an Account Executive, helping businesses grow with smart marketing strategies. That background gave me the tools I use today in real estate—knowing how to tell a property’s story, position it to stand out, and negotiate for maximum results.

Now, as an Agent specializing in and around the Beaches, I bring it all together: decades of relationship-building, years of marketing expertise, and a deep commitment to this community.
